CCT’s clients have an exciting new opportunity to access their True Link portal via phone! With the assistance of True Link, CCT has rolled out an easy-to-use new app that makes interacting with your Client Account  from your phone a snap. The app is available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. To find it, search for “CCT Beneficiary & Advocate App.”

Set Up Your True Link Client Account

Follow these easy steps to set up your Client Account!

  1. Call CCT at (804) 740-6930 (9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST) to register.
  2. Once registered, you will receive an email from True Link Financial with the necessary information to get started.
  3. Spend less than 5 minutes to set up your password.
  4. Going forward, use our website or mobile app to access your account.
