Board of Directors

Commonwealth Community Trust is managed by an active and independent Board of Directors who serve with caring hearts and without compensation. The group is selected through a careful recruitment and screening process led by the Board Development Committee to ensure each member has relevant credentials and brings valuable expertise and diverse perspectives. With active committees and regular meetings, the Board remains deeply engaged in guiding CCT’s mission with integrity and accountability.


Our Board of Directors always includes at least two members who are related to an individual with a disability, along with legal and financial professionals, and experts who work in the disabilities field.     The Executive Committee provides leadership to the full Board in fulfilling the Board’s responsibility to establish policies, approve the mission, oversee operations, and approve the budget.

  • Finance/Investment Committee

    The Finance/Investment Committee presents financial goals to the full Board, monitors the operating budget, and establishes a five-year business plan. The committee also approves the Investment Policy Statements implemented by True Link Financial Advisors and meets quarterly with the True Link Financial Advisors Investment team to review investment performance.

  • Charitable Fund Award Committee
