Each Board Member serves on one or more of the following Committees:

  • Executive Commitee

    The Executive Committee provides leadership to the full Board in fulfilling the Board’s responsibly to establish policies, approve the mission, oversee operations, and approve the budget.

  • Finance/Investment Committee

    The Finance/Investment Committee presents financial goals to the full Board, monitors the operating budget, and establishes a five-year business plan. The committee also approves the Investment Policy Statements implemented by True Link Financial Advisors and meets quarterly with the True Link Financial Advisors Investment team to review investment performance.

  • Disbursement Committee

    The Disbursement Committee assists the President / CEO in making disbursement decisions on behalf of the Beneficiary.

  • Charitable Fund Award Committee

    The Charitable Fund Award Committee oversees CCT’s annual grant program and members review and score applications to determine who will receive awards. Click here to learn more about the Charitable Fund Award.

  • Board Development Committee

    The Board Development Committee identifies, recruits, and recommends new Board members for election to CCT’s Board of Directors. The committee also develops and implements training program for new Board members.
