Commonwealth Community Trust is managed by a Board of Directors who serve with caring hearts and without compensation.
Our Board of Directors is comprised of at least two members who are related to an individual with a disability, along with legal and financial professionals, and experts who work in the disabilities field.
The Executive Committee provides leadership to the full Board in fulfilling the Board’s responsibility to establish policies, approve the mission, oversee operations, and approve the budget.

The Finance/Investment Committee presents financial goals to the full Board, monitors the operating budget, and establishes a five-year business plan. The committee also approves the Investment Policy Statements implemented by True Link Financial Advisors and meets quarterly with the True Link Financial Advisors Investment team to review investment performance.
